The Best Tip I Can Give You Here Is To Fret The Barre With Your Index Finger Across Five Strings Instead Of Six Strings. This Makes It A Little Bit Less Exhausting. You Need To Avoid The Low E String From Ringing. There Are Two Options For That:
- 1st Don’t Strum That String With Your Strumming Hand
- 2nd Mute That String With Your Index Finger Or “Wrap” Your Thumb Around The Neck And Mute It By Slightly Touching The String. (This Is Only Possible On Guitars With Smaller Sized Necks Like Electric Guitars Or Acoustics With Steel Strings. If You Play A Classical Nylon String Guitar Then You’ll Gonna Have A Hard Time.)
